Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2015
Welcome to our web site, (the “Site”), owned by Stellup Inc. (“Stellup” or “we” or “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes our collection, use and disclosure of information on the Site.

What We Collect

We collect personally identifiable information (such as name, company affiliation, title, e-mail address, and other contact information) through the Site if you choose to provide it to us, such as by submitting a form on the Site or sending us an e-mail.

If you choose to sign-up to receive more information about the Stellup app through your Facebook account, we will receive your e-mail address and all information that Facebook makes available to us regarding your Facebook profile and account in accordance with your Facebook preferences and Facebook’s privacy policy (“Social Information”).

We also automatically collect information regarding your interaction with our Site, such as how long you visit the Site and which pages you visit. Visits to the Site are logged in our servers, which record the time, IP address, device operating system, browser information and other technical information, referrer (current, previous, or parent browser page) and the server request.

How We Collect Data

Information, including personally identifiable information, may be collected through forms you fill out and submit to us on the Site and (in the case of Social Information) through your signing up on the Site through your Facebook account. In addition, other non-personally identifiable information may be collected automatically by our servers when you browse the Site as described above.

We may use cookies and web beacons to maintain your Site preferences and to be able to log unique visitors to our Site. “Cookies” are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters that are downloaded by your web browser when you visit a web site, while beacons are clear 1x1 pixel images. The use of cookies and beacons is very common. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site. Persistent cookies can be removed. Please review your web browser’s documentation to learn the best way to modify your cookie settings. Like many websites, the Services does not currently respond to “do not track” browser headers. However, you can take steps to limit tracking by erasing cookies from your computer’s hard drive and by setting your browser to block all cookies or warn you before a cookie is stored.

Cookies may also be used for advertising purposes, as further described below under the “Advertising” heading below.

We use certain third party services to assist us in analysis, auditing, research, and reporting regarding the Services. These third parties may use web logs or web beacons, and they may set and access cookies on your computer or other device. In particular, we use Google Analytics to help collect and analyze certain information for the purposes discussed in this Policy. You may opt out of the use of cookies by Google Analytics at

What We Do With This Data

We use the information we collect in any manner reasonably related to the purpose it was provided to us, such as to respond to a request for information about our products and services or to contact a job applicant.

If you create an account with one of our products or services through use of your Facebook account, we may use previously collected Social Information to pre-populate your account with your information.

We may also use information we collect in order operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features and services found on the Site, develop new products and services, measure the effectiveness of any promotions found on the Site and to monitor Site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages accessed. In particular, we will use Social Information in order to analyze the types of users who are expressing interest in the Stellup application and to inform the development of our products and services.

We may use collected information to e-mail you promotional information regarding our products and services or have our representatives or affiliates to contact you regarding purchase of Stellup products. Any such e-mails will contain instructions on how to opt-out of receiving such e-mails in the future.

We may combine personal information collected through the Services with other information that we or third parties collect about you in other contexts—such as our communications with you via email, phone, or your customer service records.

How We Share Data

Personally identifiable information you provide to us through the Site is not shared with third parties, except that all information, including personally identifiable information: (i) may be provided to our representatives, affiliates or service providers who may use the information on our behalf for purposes described in this privacy policy; and (ii) may be stored on servers and facilities provided to us by third party vendors. As one example of a disclosure we may make to a representative, if you submit a request to us to be contacted regarding more information about our products and services, we may pass that request to a third party sales partner for handling.

In addition, any and all information, including personally identifiable information, may be transferred as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information could be transferred to third parties as one of our business assets.

We may report aggregated, anonymous data relating to activity on the Site to third parties or the general public. By way of example only, this may include the provision or publication of reports regarding the geographical distribution of our user base.

We may provide advertisers and other third parties with aggregated, non-personally identifiable information about our user base and its interests and usage patterns. We may also partner with third party advertising companies in order to serve online advertising regarding our products and services to users after they visit the Services.
